We have a kitchen on site and our Harrison's catering team prepare fresh meals daily. There are weekly menus that are on a three week cycle. Every day pupils have the choice of a hot meal with a vegetarian option available. In addition, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's a jacket potato, baguette and sandwich are available as an alternative to the hot meal and on Tuesday and Thursdays a pasta pot with vegetable ragu and cheese.
The cost of a school meal is currently £2.10. School meal payments are made through Parent Pay https://www.parentpay.com. On joining the school parents are sent an activation letter to set up this account.

Free School Meals
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for the universal free school meals scheme. However, it is of vital importance that all parents complete the official ‘School Meals’ online form as this enables us to access additional funding for those children who are eligible for ‘Pupil Premium Grant'. We receive ‘Pupil Premium Grant’ for children whose parents are receiving: Universal Credit or are supported such as an asylum seeker. This form needs to be completed online: https://www.eastsussex.gov.uk/educationandlearning/schools/school-life/meals/free/.
Dietary Requirements
On admission we ask if your child has any dietary requirements or if they have food allergies or intolerances. Annually we send home data collection sheets for parents to complete to ensure we have up to date information. We also ask that if anything changes with your child's dietary needs that you inform the school straight away by contacting the school office.
For children requiring carb breakdown within the menu choices, please liaise with Mrs Ayling, School Business Manager for the most up to date options.
