YEAR 2 - Firle Road & Albion Road
Year 2 is the children's final year in Key Stage 1.
It is also the year of the government's statutory End of Key Satge assessments in reading, writing, mathematics and science.
Any children who did not pass the Phonics Screening Check at the end of Year 1 will be assessed on this again. At Bourne we use the Little Wandle: Letters and Sounds Revised scheme to teach phonics. Parents can find out more about the scheme by clicking on the link
